    The Way We Were: Cape May County's Once Thriving Black Business Communities

    Carriage House Gallery at Emlen Physick Estate is holding an exhibit, "The Way We Were: Cape May County's Once Thriving Black Business Communities". In the early 1900s to the 1960s, Historic Cape May was home to rich African-American merchants who owned opera houses, bakeries, barbershops, and other businesses in the neighborhood. This exhibit will tell the story of the African American community back then and their contributions to the community.

    The 350th Anniversary of the State of New Jersey - Photographic Exhibit

    From March 11 to April 10, 2014, the Elizabeth Public Library will hold a photographic exhibit featuring the photographs of 34 of the state's historic sites shot by Wolf Kretlow.

    Made in New Jersey: A Celebration of Decorative and Fine Arts

    The Macculloch Hall Historical Museum is holding an exhibit titled, "Made in New Jersey: A Celebration of Decorative and Fine Arts", featuring the museum's collection of silver and stoneware made in the state, as well as artworks from noted New Jersey artists such as Edward Kranich, A.B. Frost, and Thomas Nast.
